In the parking deck start with Australian Pull-ups. The Tville PAX are used to a wheelbarrow walk up the steps with merkins along the way. This time, bear crawl up, stopping to merkin at each step. Up top, leg raises and tiger holds to exhaustion. Back at the steps, dragon walk down, stopping to merkin at each step. It’s sketchy, and since none of us made it all the way down, we now have a new goal.
Decline merkins against the wall. Fifty squats OYO. Twenty calf raises IC on the steps. Mosey back to flag.
WOD: We’re working through the application of the Great Commission at church and this past Sunday hit home. Literally. To evangelize the nations yet fail to make disciples of our children and encourage/support growth in Christ of our spouse is to overlook our greatest mission field. Go and conquer the world, climb to the highest point on the corporate ladder, but don’t neglect your family.
