If you know where that quote came from, color me impressed.  Read on to find the answer at the bottom. 

Pull one from a few weeks ago.  It was a quiz.  Get an answer wrong and you do more reps than if you get it right.  Exercises ranged from curls (for girls), squats, burpees, and bear crawls.  Some knew everything I asked.  Some knew nothing.  Your boy has 3 Q’s coming up at Devil’s Rope, Eve Wood, and Prison Break.  I recommend that you study up if you want to reduce the number of burpees that you and I will do. 

Each question’s exercise is based on the difficulty of the question.   For example, if I were to ask a pax what the 3 F’s stand for, I fully expect that unless you’re an FNG you should know this one so it’s worth either 10 or 20 burpees.  Get it right: 10 burpees.  Wrong: 20.  Get it?  It’s pretty simple.

Part of the reason that I did this quiz is to help people understand that there’s so much more going on around the country w/ F3 than at our neighborhood AO’s.  Maybe it will help spur an interest in finding out what else F3 has to offer.  You hear a lot of times that we’re more than a workout.  And we are.  If you’re only coming to workout in the gloom, you’re only experiencing 1/3 of the program.  While we aren’t going to penalize you for only posting and getting in better shape, we’re definitely going to encourage you to try more.  Join us for a breakfast.  How about a service project?  Happy hour?  Come on in, the water is fine.
