Twas the perfect morning for a group Q beatdown. Conditions were perfect at 48 degrees and zero wind. I pulled in to the usual suspects……noticed the scheduled Q didn’t make it, so I recited the disclaimer and got straight into it

- Here we started in the plank position and would sprint two parking spots on Swingers “go”. Its a LONG parking lot

Back over to Me, who took us up the street until I rounded a blind turn and ran smack into Snips. I could see the look of terror in his eyes as it was 5:30 in the morning and we were both running around the corner at the same time…..and it was like we were looking in the mirror. Except for him, it was a glorious reflection of a full head of hair and a glorious beard. For me, it was like looking into a mirror 30-40 years from now with no hair…….anywhere. (I kid, I kid)
Anyway, I decided to hand the Q over to him. Snips took us to the steps at that church.
- Partner up. P1 would run the steps 3 times, while P2 did LBC(AMRAP). Rinse and Repeat, Rinse and Repeat.
Now…..back over to me, and I took the boys back to the AO for some Blocks.

- Glad Snips made it out. He had to stop for gas then spent the rest of the work out running around looking for us. Glad we could meet up and let him lead a portion of the workout
- Lenoir needs to stop running so much and start using them blocks. I got all 100 of them in Swinger
- Its pretty awesome to have 3 out there today in the 48+ club and they absolutely whip us 35 year olds into shape. #lifegoals #F3counts
