I love the hype the broadcasters send out with the winter weather. I also love a good reason to stay at home and the kids not go to school while sledding down the back yard, having some snow cream, building a snowman or just watching the winter accumulation build.   I am not sure about your area but here in Granite Falls the forecast projected is AGAIN not what was predicted. And there you have it…everyone has already made up their mind to close businesses, stay home from work, close schools again and NOT GET UP AND GET BETTER AT YOUR LOCAL AO. Don’t get me wrong, I know once day broke and the temp dropped a little there was a little surface ice on your car but at 5:30 their was no trace of winter except for the icicles hanging from our nostrils as two cool guys did it anyway.

We took to the street with no warmup and did a RAM style workout with no set direction. Our first stop was at Concord Church where Taterhole called cadence on some side straddle hops, merkins and flutter kicks. Then we ran to Day 3 church. As, we passed a couple brothers houses, knowing they where all nested up, warm with the M, we knew we had to do the right thing. So, we made our last two stops and called cadence at the front doors of their houses. We called cadence with side straddle hops and of course monkey humpers. Your welcome Twig and UdderButter! We got 3.85 miles in while having all this fun.

Cot: We read some from Romans 14

1Receive one who is weak in the faith, but not to disputes over doubtful things. 2For one believes he may eat all things, but he who is weak eats only vegetables. 3Let not him who eats despise him who does not eat, and let not him who does not eat judge him who eats; for God has received him. 4Who are you to judge another’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. Indeed, he will be made to stand, for God is able to make him stand.

We also talked about how it is important to know your weaknesses.
