Workout- Run up past the Hospital. Stop at 5th Ave, 6th Ave & 7th Ave. Multiply each by 2 and do that many burpees at each stop. (10, 12, 14) Going towards the Y- Lunge Walk 30 yards, 20 hand release merkins, squat and step 30 yards. 14 more burpees.
Mosey to the back of the Y- Grab a large rock. No Station Rock or Star Rock, a decent size rock you are proud of lifting.

5 KB Swings
Rinse and repeat 4 times
10 Merkins while one hand is on the rock- both arms x2, finish with 21s. CrossStitch now touted that Females at Hickory High could curl more than him.
Mosey to the bottom of hospital Hill.

WOD- It is so easy to find joy and happiness in kids. They do not judge, they want to play and experience life in such unfiltered, wide open ways. Life gets in the middle of it and can be sad. Seeing my children and their cousins play this weekend just brought joy to me as throughout COVID they have barely been able to see each other.

Trying to stay away from the Parking Deck is like staying away from a High School Ex- Girlfriend. You know it is a stupid decision but it is so hard to fight the urge. We persevered another week of no Parking Deck.
