At 2:30 this morning it was raining pretty hard and making me concerned about the morning q at 5:15. However went out at 5 and the rain was gone but as we would soon find out the puddles were out there. Started the usual way a few side straddle hop, arm circles and humpies to get us warm on a balmy 34 degree morning . We started our run up the greenway towards the library. Decided time to stop and do what I call Sumo walking up the hill. Similar to a duck walk but really trying to keep the elbows on the legs and the hips down as you go up the hill like you’re headed into the circle to battle your opponent. Next we ran some more over to anytime fitness to show our monkey humper skills for the treadmill people. From there to the Church for repentance for our last stop and 25 squat jumps. Next we found the hill of Beverly Circle where we “side shuffled” up the hill to continue our leg workout. From there we headed back to the Greenway to finish the run for the day to get our 4 miles in 8:42ish pace. Shout out to Bismarck and Spokes for their abilities to announce most of the puddles we encountered and PBR we’ll be ready to see you at Stargate next week. Our words for the day was a quote that every one wants to change the world but few want to be different than the world. We can be different.
