The weather was in the mid to upper 40’s as we got started on our workout. Completed the COT (at the beginning of the workout at this AO) which was based on the lyrics of Coldplay’s song “Something Just Like This” (gospel, used loosely, according to Chris Martin, lead singer and songwriter). How genuine are we to others? Are we imitators of Christ as Paul writes in I Cor. 11:1? We often pray or say to others, hope they see Christ in us. We need to be true to ourselves and be Christ to others by by how genuine we are.
Two routes were completed by some/all of the PAX.
3 Mile Route – AO, Church, College, Underdown, Jennings, cut through Berhardt parking lot to cross 18 at light on Harrisburg, Google Trail, cut across Wellness Center/Waterlife Parking Lot to foot bridge at Mulberry Rec and continue along path by skate park/playground to Mulberry, Harper, AO
5 Mile Route – Same as above but add the following after the 3 mile route: Main, Ashe, Willow, Beall, Harper, AO
Great run with these HIM and most importantly we had a good time of fellowship and holding each other accountable.
