I have not been at ER for awhile. One reason is that I have been posting to the new evening AO on Monday nights (Evening Wood) but also I have been struggling to wake up after the weekend for the concrete monster. So when Phlegm texted (which is awesome for a Master Q to do) to remind me that I had the Q there was definitely some apprehension. That all went away real quick when I walked up to see 9 other men ready to roll. I totally forgot how much I love starting my day and week with ER.
Warm up-SSH, Windmills, Humpies, ATT X15IC, then 1 lap of Old ER
The Thang-People’s Chair w/ Wonder Bra X20 ICMove to hill behind parking garage for plank jack ladder. 10 Plank Jacks then run backwards up the hill for 3 star jumps at top. Then 8, 6, 4, 2.
Run upstairs to the top of parking deck for another ladder. Merkin ladder starting at 20 then 1 min low plank, 15 merkins with 45 sec high plank, then 10 merkins with 30 seconds low plank. Jog down the ramp back to the bottom of the parking deck. Round of Mary- 6″ & Freebirds X15 IC
Rinse and Repeat the above but substitute Burpees ladder (5,4,3,2,1,) instead of Plank Jacks.
It was pretty warm and humid this morning but it was a great time with an awesome group of PAX.
