Stuff: warmups
Run to Hampton Heights for:
1 min plank
10 burpees
20 gas pumps
30 merkins
40 squats
50 LBCs
1 min plank
Run to the stree that leads to those apartments….you know where they are. 10 burpees. Run to top. Head back down to pick up the six. 9 burpees. Run back up at stop somewhere for 8 burpees.
Run to Sanford Park. Plank for six. Continue run to LR parking lot.
Ended up ~3.6 miles.
Thoughts, in That’s What She Said Form:
- that was longer than I envisioned
- it lasted longer than I thought it would
- Flamer said it was too long
- Flamer brought up the rear
- Publix was right beside him though
- Phlegm was involved
- We had a Twig
- Goldberg is so much faster than he looks
- Herniator wore spandex the whole time
- Suppository…do I even need to add anything here?

- Anyone know where Stiffy was?
- I also miss Scotch – someone give him a holla

- HBC uses a head lamp (spelunker)
- we all smelled a dead skunk about 1/2 way through the finish
