Weather- Warmish, wet but not raining.
3 for Pre run
So the evening before yhc’s Q, a couple PAX were talking a little trash and the term cupcake was thrown around a little bit and even presented in GIF form. This my or may not have rustled YHC’s feathers a little so they were given a fairly stout yet borrowed workout.
Warm ups- yatta yatta
10 count asheville abs followed immediately by 8 count pretzels on each side immediately followed by 6 inches.
Mosy around loop of retirement home stopping to periodically do merkins along the way. End up behind nursing home where the ER Mount loop would start. 10 burpees oyo. Up the hill and to the corner of Walgreens-10 burpees oyo. Acoss to the top corner of Walgreens-10 burpees oyo. Through the prescription drive through and around to top of hill-10 burpees oyo. Back down to the start. YHC, after hearing mumblechatter of paterns and how they didnt like where this was going, explained that the loop we just made was to be done the rest of the time, starting over with 10 burpees oyo and dropping one each lap. After much groaning, YHC said not really but thats what you get for sh8 talking yhcs workouts. GOT EM!!!!
Mosey over to dumpster for gassers. 100 of an exercise while running back nd forth between 2 set points. 20, run, 20, run back, 20, back to the 1st stopping point, 20, back to start, 20. thats 100. We did Merkins, LBC’s, Squats, and finished up with Burpees!!
