After Powder’s insightful discussion on Merkins the other day on doing 20 merkins, 1 minute low plank then 10 more I felt that I had to incorporate it. We did 30 merkins, low plank then 30 more. Let’s mosey.

Run to the HCAM parking lot. Typical yelling and bickering in the back of the pack. 10 overhand inverted rows and then 10 underhand inverted rows. They suck. Try them.

Mosey to the bottom of Oakwood Hill. backwards run to the light, turn around and lunge walk till the stop sign then run to the top. 20 hand release merkins. Now we mosey to the block pile.

TYI- in Cadence 20 reps each. Then we did 10 brick merkins with a front raise each arm inbetween each rep. They suck. Finish up with 5 reps of each T.Y.I. Mosey on 2nd Ave- stop in a parking lot near 127. 20 Deep Squats and 20 Merkins.

WOD- Always be ready to be a leader and an example. If you rep F3 gear, be ready to talk and try to recruit. We are all lucky to have found F3 and most know who we can thank for giving them the emotional headlock, be ready to return the favor!
