Being my Second Q, the Warmups seem to be the worst part. 10 count of Side Straddle Hops & Humpys and we are off.
The Thang-
Mosey to the hill by Fourk- Complete a ladder exercise of Lunges at the bottom, run to the top and Pistol squats at the top. (1-10,2-9,3-8,4-7,5-6 etc) Pistol Squats will make you feel like the most un-athletic, out of shape person in the world…I highly recommend.
Skaggs gives a 15 count then we Mosey to the block pile, we partner up in front of Corinth. . Partner 1 runs a lap in the front of Corinth, Partner 2 does the exercise AMRAP of Curls, high pulls and OHP. plank for the six. Last set was as fast as you can go, with a curl to press done by Partner 2.
Now it is 6:11, we mosey back to the parking lot for a nice round of MARY. WW2 sit ups, Canoes, Pretzels, Peter Parkers and American Hammers.
WOD- Be Blessed- I speak from conviction. We get so caught up in the minute details that in the grand scheme of things, do not matter. We often need to step back, take a look at the wonderful opportunities, blessings and grace that are provided to us. We are lucky to be able to do the things we do.
