So I thought my oldest was going to post. Guess what? My 15 year old son did not want to get up at 4:50 on his first day of summer vacation. So im flying solo.
Roll up to the parking lot and Bismark is parked right at the front. At lest I know im not running alone. Then the sleeveless wonder shows up. Fryer and Spokes show up right on time. Wheres Babyface?
Start with the warmup.
Stretch (In cadence) 10 Count
Mosey.
Stop at the stopping spot and do 15 Merkins oyo
Mosey to the Library hill and lets all run up it (Happy time)
10 Incline merkings and 10 decline merkins on the bench (Getting Crazy up in hur)
Mosey
Run around the Cook Out. We must have been hungry. Lots of chatter about milkshakes, hush puppies and corn dogs.
Mosey towards the parking lot of Anytime Fitness.
Friar was excited. He thought he was going to be able to free the pythons.

Instead we ran around like parking lot like we lost our pet Turtle
Finished off the parking lot fun with 15 more merkins.
Ran through the fast food parking lots and one of Lenoirs finest overnight stopping points.
Headed back on the greenway.
Wow what is that? A car, no a moped, some sort of space alien? Its DB looking like an alien Christmas tree.
Run back to bottom of library hill and rep out some more merkins.
Finish off the run back to the AO.
