Ok boys, gonna make this short and straight to the point.  Took a little inspiration from Suppository’s brutal ER workout on Monday and brought a little of that pain to the mount.

Started out the same…..warm ups

Mosey to the street light for some OG Asheville Abs…..thats all the way to 10 people!!

Mosey to the brick wall for some dips and incline merkins.  Then proceeded to do a dip train…ask someone who was there, it was epic.  Then was the piece de resistance.  Start at bottom of walgreens hill for rotational BLIMPS we’ll call them.  10 Burpees at the bottom of the hill, run up hill to far left corner of Walgreens for 10 lunges. Next corner 10 ISS, next corner 10 merkins, last corner (lots of corners i know) for 10 plank jacks, then to the bottom of the hill for 10 squats.  Rinse and repeat till time ran out dropping a rep each lap.  It…was…terrible. Not ER terrible…..but not not terrible either.

COT/WOD-talked about how much I appreciate all of the f3 family and using our spiritual gifts for our communities and church families.  Love you guys!!
