QIC:  Powder

This was my 2nd Q in 3 days so I was looking for something a little different than my normal Type A, OCD, or Pattern workout (as Cuz Eddie would say). I did not exactly get away from the pattern but I did do a workout I’ve never done before. This was a HBC inspired workout that I remember him doing a long time ago and thought I would try to do something like. It was going to be a partner workout so when we got started with the warmup and we only had 7 I was a little concerned. I was not too concerned because Jordache had given me a HC so I just kept waiting for him to show up (which him getting there 5 mins late is his on time). It was noticeable enough that TF kept asking why I was looking over his shoulder at the road but as we concluded the Warmup and no Jordache we had to move on.

Warmup- Windmill, Butt Kickers, Little Arm Circles, ATT, Humpies ( All IC X15)

Mosey to brick pile and pick up 2 per partner group, mosey to parking lot behind St. Lukes. P1 does brick work AMRAP while P2 does exercises X10 at every lamp post.

P1 Wonderbra = P2 Hand Release Merking

Both P1&2 Bear Crawl to 1st light post then sprint back

P1 Curls = P2 Jump Squats

P1&P2 Broad Jump to 1st light post then sprint back

P1 Arm Extension = P2 Merkins

P1&P2 Lunges to 1st light post then sprint back

(Break) High 5 Merkin w/ Partner X10 & Partner decline merkin X10

**This is when Jordache decided to show up for his HC** 5:55am HAHA!

P1 Overhead Press = P2 Imperial Storm Troopers

P1&P2 Back petal to end of parking lot and sprint back

P1 LBCs = P2 Diamond Merkins

P1&P2 Karaoke to end of parking lot then sprint back

Mosey to wall for Wall sits and overhead press IC X20. Just in case we had not had enough shoulder work Balls to the Wall to finish up.

Return bricks to pile then head back to the flag for 5 mins of Mary.
