YHC arrives fashionably “on time” as always….It was a wet and cold morning, everyone was in their cars and then I arrived and they got out and were ready for some SNIPS beatdown.

The THANG
Grabbed cinder blocks and moseyed to the old Williams produce awning, then we did a SPOKES workout with just one spoke, We literally stayed where it was dry and we just went to one place, back and forth. (with cinder blocks) We did 20 LBC’s in the “middle” and then went to the other spot and did 19 Squats, back to the middle and did 20 LBC’s then back to the other spot, 19 Overhead press, 20 LBC’s, 19 Bent over rows, 20 LBC’s, 19 Curls for the girls. I call it the (20)(19) workout lol
Then we moseyed back to the AO and put the cinder blocks up. We then moseyed to the old movie theatre awning. Where we had our time with Mary
