4 men gathered this AM in the ALX in the slightly cold gloom for a post-Christmas bootcamp style beatdown. After experiencing the Burpee Apocalypse and the Bear Crawl Ring of Fire yesterday courtesy of our guest Q Bartman at the OG, YHC decided it would be a burpee-free day at the Star (plus Hot Lips threatened me). Here’s what we did:
