WOD:
Psalm 100:5
For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.
Isn’t it great that the Lord loves us and will always love us? He is faithful, always, even though we don’t deserve his love. AYE!

Moleskin:
It was great to be out on this beautiful morning, exercising our bodies, enjoying the Fellowship that is F3, and admiring the beauty of God’s creation all around us.

There was supposed to be a lot of Bear Crawls and other terrible things related to animals, but YHC called an audible after TF announced he was nursing a shoulder issue. So we scrapped that in favor of some other stuff. It was stated that the workout was good – it had just enough hard, just enough not hard, a lot of fellowship, and near perfect weather. I’ll take that!

+ We had 100% attendance at Coffeeteria at Homer’s. If you missed it today, you missed a FREE breakfast. Maybe next time!
