This was the craziest work out ever. It all started when I got to the AO. I was standing there putting on my gloves all alone (Swinger was still in his car) and this guy starts walking up. Im just standing there looking all Chuck Norrisy putting on my gloves. He pulls out a samurai sword and starts doing ninja stuff. Im like dude that an’t cool if your not here for F3 then bounce. He promptly left. Then Swinger gets out and I ask him if he saw that guy and he said he didn’t. Then we did some warmups. So Swinger and I start to mosey. We see a alligator in the middle of the road. Im all scared and stuff then Swingers says hey watch this. He runs up to the gator and starts doing merkins on his back while the gator walks down College Ave. Then the gator joins in for the rest of the work out. So now we have three. We finish the mosey by the bank. We run 5 laps and do five merkins around the teller windows and ATM. I wanted to be on the security camera. So then Swinger, the gator and PBR run into town and see Ninja boy again. I tell him to stop ningin and come work out with us. So he does. Now we got ninja boy, gator Swinger and PBR. We roll over the hill and run up it three times and do some more merkins. Gator got tired and slid back into the water drain. So now Swinger, Ninja boy and PBR do some ab exercises. Flutter kicks, Merican Hammers, Freddy Mercurys and some LBCs. Then this el camino comes rolling up. Its ninja boys mom and she is not happy. She starts yelling at ninja boy and tells him to get home. Swinger and I figure its time to call it a morning and mosey back to the AO.

You guys wont know cause it was only Swinger, Gator, Ninja Boy and PBR.
Since Ninja Boy and Gator did not stay till then end they did not get official names. Hopefully they will come back out.
