YHC late as always, I got there about 1 minute late, I was half asleep and so was TWIN.

Warmup

Humpees, SSH, Windmill, ATT (DB did correctly for the first time in his F3 career) I believe that was it. I have no brain power left after waking up early and coming in to work.

THE THANG

Mosey to bike lock area in front of church after the speed bump

Hold plank in a row and do peter parkers while (in indian run fashion) one guy gets up and does 5 pull ups on the bike rack and then run to the end of the row. EXETERA EXETERA. I have never seen that spelled out before so I probably messed that up.

Mosey to the bottom of Library Hill and do LBC’s then go to the top and do squats, Mosey back down to the greenway and did flutter kicks. Moseyed back to AO and did the small loop 1 time and then it was TIME FOR COT!!

Twin saw Audit’s shadow in front of Baby Face’s head light and he said Zachary you are HUGE!! and of course we all know that went south quick with all the laughing that ensued.  What made it so much funnier is when Audit said “THANK YOU” or something like that

Twin and Friar ran to the AO

Twin and Snips were super sleepy without caffeine

Baby Face complained at every pain station, Hey Baby is in the name (LOVE YOU BF)
