BabyFace was waiting on me when I arrived at Snips time 5:17am. Then Swinger and Spokes joined the party. We discussed what the plan would be for today and then I started the warmup.

Mosey to Parking Lot at Robins nest where Babyface led us in 1 round of 11’s. We started off with 10 Merkins and then did 1 overhead air press. Then 9 Merkins and 2 overhead air presses. Then 8 Merkins and 3 overhead air presses….and so on and so forth. You get the idea.
Then Spokes moseyed us over to Stargate where we grabbed a spot on the rock wall. Tricep Dips 30 In Cadence, 10 Box Jumps OYO. Rinse and Repeat the Tricep Dips. Pass the Q to Swinger. Swinger Q, moseyed uphill for a PBR stairway to Heaven or 1st united Methodist church, with 6 rounds up and down! We then moseyed to the Police Station and in TWINS HONOR we did some calf raises. We only did 20 IC not Twins normal 50 IC. Switched to Babyface for some Australian Mountain Climbers on the GYM. Moseyed across the street to the A/O

Moleskin
Babyface said something about the asphalt being warm when he laid on it and I thought that was a good TWSS said moment in time!!! I got a couple chuckles from that one.
FARTSACKERS were in abundance today…. this part of the moleskin is just digging at you, to let you guys know we missed having you out there. I fartsack as much as anybody.
We did have a little bit of what SWINGER coined as a WOSEY! definition – walking mosey we discussed our feelings and how much we love running hills and doing calf raises
Babyface was the only PAX at the A/O with hair on his head and interesting enough the only PAX without a F3 name starting with “S” Think about it…….. “MIND BLOWN”
