Moleskin:
5 strong posted this morning for this very simple run and exercise BLIMPS beatdown. It’s been way too long since YHC posted at Star. How long? Well, since he was last there they’ve built an O’Reillys auto parts store and a side walk in the field where Abe once had us doing that nastiness known as The Spoke. The Star is a great workout area and if you’ve never joined these guys on Tuesday or Thursdays you should give it a try. Great workout with these guys this morning. YHC was a little jet lagged after a week away with family but was glad he posted to Q these guys this am.

COT/BOM:
The decisions that we make each day are important and can have a long lasting impact others. YHC talked about the important decision that Franz Stigler, a German fighter pilot in WWII, had to make many years ago. It was a decision that would affect him and many others for the remainder of their lives. The book about Franz Stigler, “A Higher Call” by Adam Makos, is a great book. YHC believes that we are all called to make a positive difference in someone life. We are all called to something higher. The question is, how are we allowing God to guide our decision making and our next moves in life? What decisions will you make today?

As always, honored to lead.

Aye!
