COT

“Remember who you are and to whom you belong”.  This is what I heard from my Father growing up when I would leave home to go to a friends house or leave for a weekend, etc.  At a young age I never really realized the full impact of those words.  In fact, I’ve caught myself saying the same thing to my kids and they are giving me the same shrug that I’m sure I gave.  But really if you think about it…Who am I?  Whom do I belong to?  Quite profound as a Christian.  I am a child of God and I belong to Him.  God’s people are reunited with Him through one name.  The broken and hurting are healed by one name.  The lost are found in one name.  JESUS!  We define our purpose through Him.  Jesus is the center of it all.  For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”  Romans 10:13

Moleskin

  • Thanks to my FIA M for the use of the coupons.  However the last run without the weights was a welcome treat.
  • I think the jump ropes should be incorporated more often…we F3 men may need to work on our coordination on this grade school PE exercise
  • Missed you guys that weren’t there.
