Maybe 35 American Hammers

Some Flutter Kicks

10 More Merkins

Pretty sure it was close to 18 Weazy Jeffersons

Then we did little arm circles PBR Style for a while

The Main Course

Reverse Indian Run

3 times around a perfectly laid out circle of cones.

 

Wheelbarrow of Fun

Loaded up Four Wheelbarrows with about 60lbs of blocks and pushed them up a hill three or four time while your partner Planked or did LBC’s

 

Dessert 

Block Time

Somewhere between 10 and 100 Curls for Girls

Maybe 15 Overhead Presses

27 Bent over Roses

At lest 34 Bench Presses
