Todays workout consisted of a warmup. It was done on the fly. I’m sure there were some side straddle hops and some butt kickers.

Next up we got the blocks and moseyed to the covered shelter for some mood lighting and 3/20. There were three exercises, 20 reps in cadence followed by a lap around the track.

1. Skull crushers, Overhead press, bench press

2. CFG, bent over row, kettlebell

3.  Goblet squats, lunge, calf raises

4. Lbcs, American hammer, dying cockroach

WOD was James 1:12. We talked about perseverance like Joseph in the OT.
