Mosey to parking lot right beside AO and we did 50 line jumps IC
Then we moseyed behind the bank to the concrete wall and did some DIDI’s
D-Dips x 25 IC
I-Itsy bitsy spider x 25 IC
D-Derkins x 10 IC
I- Incline Merkins x 10 IC
Moseyed to the Church Parking lot and did like 100 squats and then held the last one. My legs are killing me from that. Then we did 20 (8 count) burpees.
Moseyed back to AO for some time with Mary
