Shared a story from Dr. Tony Evans about the 2003 east coast power grid blackout and the fact that airports and most businesses were without power. One hotel remained open with power as it was built with a generator. The lights, A/C and restaurant were fully operational. The people inside could be seen as oblivious to the power outage outside of the hotel. No matter the external circumstances…the internal was under control. Are our lives under control on the inside? Do we put our trust in the Lord or do we try to do things on our own? We all have trials/challenges that surround our lives (family/home, school, work, church, etc.); where do we put our hope for the future?
Jeremiah 29:11 (ESV)
11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare[a] and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

While three of the six of us wore face masks…there were two that were heard saying “I wish I had thought to grab a face mask” as the workout ensued. Goodwill picked up the wrong pair of gloves. #fiaglovesfitf3hands Babyface has found the temperature at which the thick work gloves are no longer effective.
