QIC:  Fuse

I took over the Q spot for our benched brother, Bing.  It’s more difficult to write an interesting backblast for Arrow than it is to actually Q Arrow.

Here is the route for F3 Hickory’s premier running institution: Run up 4th Street, Right on Main Ave, Right on 9th street, 9 Street turns into 9th Ave, Left on 6th Street, Left of (yes, another) 6th Street, Right into Hutton Estates, go home.

Apparently there is a gravel path shortcut in Hutton Estates that only Flamer know about.

Read Abe’s article – we don’t wake up for easy.

There are spots open for South Mountain Marathon and Half – you should sign up because it’s not easy… but you can do it and you’ll be better for it.  When you run trails, you get to walk a lot, eat PBJ samiches and cookies.

Watch this video on persistence hunting, Dudes literally run an antelope to death:  persistence hunt

We don’t do backblast for Ibex but it’s always in a new location, it’s always fun and it’s catching on and you should come run – even if you’re not a runner.

If you’re interested in running but you feel like you might not be able to run with Arrow guys, come anyway, you will be accommodated.

F3 has slowly but surely become a part of my life and I feel very blessed to be involved in such a great community of Men.

Yes, this was a random train of thought backblast-ish musing.  No, my respirator did not have a solid seal as I was staining a floor today. Yes, those fumes cause brain damage. Yes, I can hear colors.
