Mosey to Burke country for 10 merkins.

Mosey up the hill to the playground

16 Slow Body Weight Rows, 16 slow merkins, 8 1 legged squats (Each leg)

Rinse and repeat with 14, 12, 10, 8 reps of each

Mosey to bottom of steep parking lot

10 merkins at the bottom, 10 merkins at the middle hump, and 10 merkins at the top

repeat for 8, 6, 4, and 2 reps of merkins at each stop

Over to the baseball field.  The bleachers and sketchy stairs were a little sketchier than normal with the frost.

Tricep Dips, Calf Raises, Step Ups, American Hammers – 20 reps each OYO x 4

Mosey back to the parking lot
