5 decided to work off their candy ‘rush’ from Halloween the night before. Lots of turns, but a good course that included several tough little hills.
In typical fashion we do COT, prayer, and name-o-rama first. Several verses from Ephesians 4 ending with vs 29 ‘Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs.’ Vs 32 ‘Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.’

L onto Poplar Dr (sneaky hill)- R onto Dudley
L onto Dudley Aly-L onto Falls, R onto Crestview, R onto Commerse
Continue onto Central to end and R onto Lakeside
R onto Midway, L onto Madison and back across 321A to Flag
