QIC:  Flamer

So I got called out by Kapowski late on Wednesday night.  He was asking if my Q was going to be an easy “Candyland” workout or challenging.  About 5 minutes into the workout there was not any mumble chatter so I guess that answers that question, Kapowski.

Warmup:  SSH x 15, Alt Toe Touches x 15, Humpys x 11

Merkin Spoke with Burpees in the Middle:  the 4 corners of the square wheel were Diamond Merkins, Wide Arm Merkins, Hand Release Merkins, and regular merkins 10 at each corner and 10 Burpees in the middle of the spoke after each exercise.

Mosey to the Blocks for some “Evens”.  We did 5 exercises: Curls, OH press, Bent Rows, Bench Press, and 5 Block Burpees at each stop.  We started with 2 reps of each, and went all the way up by 2’s to 12 reps of each with a run around Corinth in between each set of reps.

Mosey back to the flag for some ab work.  We did plank toe touches, low plank hold, and low plank saws

COT and WOD:

I shared from my father in law’s blog about “Playing Hurt”.  He talks about the baseball players most games played in a row streak and talks about how they had to play hurt on many occasions.  Then he talks about how Jesus never takes a day off.  How about us, do we take days off from being a Christian.  We should strive to be like him and “Play hurt”.  Colossians 1:16-17

Good job men!  And I was glad I could shut Kapowski up….although I think I only hurt myself in the process.
