QIC:  Markup

6 pax showed up in the gloom, even with the threat of rain looming in the distance.  I had a route laid out and as I was explaining he route I realized we were going to run on 321 so I gave a last minute detour.  We ran to Day 3 Church and then back up that nice little hill.  We ran up and down several more hills until we finished with about 5.5 miles.  During part of the run, I was talking about a street that would be nice hill training and Udder Butter said that the next road was even better.  This would be a great loop to train on to get stronger.  If you are interested ask Udder Butter what streets we were talking about.  While talking, Banjo ran up to us and asked if I was looking for more hills…. I told him we were just talking about the options in Granite Falls.

We lost one man during the run with pain in his leg.  I hope you are doing better.  Take my advice – listen to you body and do exactly what you did.

Great job men and it was a pleasure, as always, to post in Granite.

Remember, our children are mirrors of us.  If they are doing something stupid…. they probably learned it from us.

Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.
