QIC:  Double Bogey

What do you do when you see a bear?  You stop what you are doing and evaluate the situation. Identify yourself by speaking in a calm, appeasing tone. Back away slowly, preferably in the direction you came. Walk, don’t run, and keep your eye on the bear so you can see how it will react. We are F3 and we conquer what we encounter.  We conquered the Bear.

We ran across the street from the A/O with blocks to a field and did a routine called Bear and Blocks.  We did a Bear Crawl with our cinder blocks on the grass between our knees or feet. We reached between our legs and pulled the block across the grass passed our heads. We bear crawled forward until the block is between our feet again.  When we got to the end of the field, we turned around and did the same thing.

We then ran around the city block, picked up our blocks and moseyd back to the A/O.

There, we did a routine called Bearpees.
We lined up at one end of parking lot. We did 1 Burpee followed up by 4 count bear crawl forward. Once PAX got to the other side, we rinsed and repeated adding another Burpee, keeping the 1:4 ratio but only increasing the number of Burpees.  We stopped at 4.

We took another run around the block and then finished up with Mary.

We did 100 LBC’s OYO and 100 RBC’s OYO

Moleskin: Glad to have TRL back with us.  My apologies to Snips for not taking a sorority picture.

  1. Double Bogey out with hugs and kisses.
