So I rolled up to the AO ready for a nice mild Beaker led workout and to my and the other PAX surprise, our scheduled Q Beaker was not where to be found. After a little mumblechatter we decided to split up the Q and get to work. As the Master Q for the AO, I took the warm up.
Warm-O-Rama:
Side Straddle Hops x 20 IC
Alternating Toe Touches x 15 IC
Imperial Storm Troopers x 15 IC
Humpy’s x 15 IC
And my job was done! Our PAX Bing stepped up next for the meat of the Q because he just so happened to have some workouts saved on his phone (If you know Bing, this is NOT a surprise. Dude is like MacGyver, always prepared (and yes, I did have to look up the spelling of MacGyver)). Bing has us mosey over to the block pile and grab a block and then head to the front of the main sanctuary for a 300 inspired workout routine.
Round 1 of 300 reps:
Block bent over rows x 25
Block Squats x 50
American Hammer x 40
Merkins x 25
Side Straddle Hops x 50
Block Kettle Bell Swings x 40
Mountain Climbers x 30
Close Grip Merkins x 15
Block bent over rows x 25
Think we then took a nice 10 count and jumped right into legs.
Round 2 of 300 reps:
Lunges w/ Block x 20
Block Squats x 35
Leg Lifts using 4 count x 50 (25 each leg)
Single leg dead lift x 40 each leg
Calf Raises on curb x 50
Burpees x 25
Not sure what we did here x 30
Clock Lunge x 20
Next our PAX Goodwill stepped up to lead us through a few rounds of Mary to close out our workout. We then walked back to the block pile while doing curls and then moseyed back over to the AO for the count-off, name-o-rama and WOD.
WOD was from Ephesians 5:2
