We ran about 3.5 miles with 4 stops:
Stop #1 – 5 merkins, 5 sit ups, 5 squats, 5 plank jacks – 50 yard run between each set
Stop #2 – 10 merkins, 10 sit ups, 10 squats, 10 plank jacks – 50 yard run between each set
Stop #3 – partners, 50 merkins, 50 sit ups, 50 squats, 50 plank jacks – 1 partners working 2nd partner run down hill and back and switch.
Stop #4 – partners, 25 just like above
Ran back to flag and time was up.
It was Hot and Humid.
WOD – Challenge to be so focused on God that we can hear Him as clear in our pleasures as we hear Him in our pain.
