I’m not going to lie….I was still a little bitter that only 3 PAX showed up for my last Q. I thought I put together a decent workout. I was excited to share it with my brothers…..and they #fartsacked. So I decided to do the same routine, but after listening to our founding father’s podcast on theartofmanliness(you can listen to it here)…..I decided to make it much harder….

This time, 11 PAX rolled into Prison Break, many left seeing double vision. Hickory would be proud….no breaks in this workout.

*Every exercise was done with Bricks in hand

Warm Up

Mosey/Sprint up the Hill

Mosey/Sprint about 2 blocks

Mosey/Sprint to the loading Dock

The PAX would complete 2 exercises; Merkins & Big Boy sit-ups.

Rinse and repeat, but sub out BB for LBCs

Mosey/Sprint up another Hill and take a seat on the wall

Mosey down the Hill to the stage

Mosey back to the AO
