It was good this morning to be back in Granite and on the Q. Unfortunately, it must have only been a good morning to be in Granite for YHC, Crop Duster, and Castaway; because it was just the three of us. Regardless of 3 or 30, when you are in F3 you get up, you workout, and you get better; and that’s what the 3 of us did!

- This is where things got weird. If you have been to the GF A/O it starts on a raised sidewalk with 3 steps. It kinda reminds one of the front of a church altar. There YHC found himself standing on top with Crop to my right and Castaway to me left the step below me; while I read 1 Corinthians 13, the love chapter. It seemed like we were doing a mock wedding. YHC supposes this is a new world we live in, but it was a little strange. I can assure you all that this did not end with a kiss!
Time to break the awkwardness with a whole lot of huffing, puffing, sweating, and such…ummmm TWSS? Maybe not the best choice of words! Let’s move along!
We ran. I ran a little over 5.10 and the fellas ran just a little less than me. We got better!
