I am totally amazed of how far along F3 Lenoir has come. In about three months we grew from one A/O to four A/O’s. On top of being amazed, it also amazes me how well the PAX is giving F3 away. We have seen an increase in HIM’s that comes back for more pain, but most importantly the camaraderie of men. In fact we had two FNG’s that showed up to do a little of this and a little of that.

- We then lunged walk to the street from the A/O and then moseyd to what we call Stargate. It’s a big sculpted that supposed to be a saw wheel. There we did Aiken Legs.

Mosey across the street to Stargate parking lot and did The Cooper. We took a lap around parking lot and did 10 Burpees, 10 Squats, and 10 Merkins. Took another lap and did 9 of everything that’s listed until we got down to 1.
Mosey back to the A/O and spent some time with Mary.
