Good morning!!!! Are we all sore from the charity chase, the penalty soaked ER, and the 8-ways of hell from SoCal? Well good news. We’re gonna do some yoga! F3 style 🙂💪🏻
- Overall- a different workout, but a workout still the same. There was some mumble chatter, but I heard plenty of straining as well.
First exercise is: Mosey to FBC.
Sun salutations (2) to swan dive (8) to forward fold (hold 8) jump to plank.
Rocking side planks (side plank 8 to slow merkin 4+4 to other side plank 8 repeat) x 10
East west (6 in with hands outstretched above head) to Boat: (V sit up just hold.)
X 4 roll over to plank to merkin then jump up and sun salutations. Repeat x 4
Walking Warrior 1-2-reverse. Warrior 1 (8) then warrior 2 (8), then reverse warrior (8), back to 2 (8), then to 1 (8), then take step and switch legs. Repeat with other leg. Then 2 sun salutations and repeat across the lot.
Sun salutations (2) to swan dive (8) to forward fold (hold 8) jump to plank
Then 10 merkins, then downward dog (hold 8) to high plank (hold 8) to 10 dolphin (Downward Dog merkins)
Jump both feet up to hands. 1 Star jump. Then Repeat x 8
Banana rolls: super man (8) roll to side v up (8) roll to boat (8- on back) roll to side v up (8) roll to super man
Then plank to merkin to plank to jump to sun salutations. Repeat x8
chair (slow 8) to bear (slow 8) to plank to merkin to sun salutation repeat x 8
Sun salutations (2) to swan dive (8) to forward fold (hold 8) jump to plank
Plank to slow merkin 4+4 to Broken Table (8) – ( upside down plank) repeat x 10
Ended with 2 sun salutations facing the sunrise. That’s what it really all about anyways.
We didn’t get to do the next because we ran out of time. But next time: Cobbler sit ups (Foot palm to foot palm)
Reverse cobbler crunch x 20
Cat (8) to cow (8) to slow peter parkers(8) repeat but to donkey kicks (8)
