• 10 SSH IC  (Just cause Hotlips said that i forgot how to count in cadence)

Mosey to the entrance to Lowes Foods PL for an Indian Run to the side of Lowes for the following

BLIMPS

• 5 Burpees
• 10 Lunges each leg
• 15 Imperial Storm Troopers
• 20 Merkins
• 25 Plank Jacks
• 30 Squats
• Each while running the side of Lowes and back for the next set.

Then Binary just decided to descend the order, was not on my Q but he seemed determined so YHC said Why Not… so rinse and repeat descending order SPMILB

Great working out with these men this morning.  I wanted to do something different on the start and the burpee routine seemed to drum up some good mumble chatter.  Binary was in rare Binary form, he did his usual count in a seemingly unusual way, didn’t want to speak about his feelings, and pretty grumpy….#AngryBinary  Anyway, dude works out hard.  Part Time and Stonewall kept up some pretty unusual conversation, kept the ball rolling.  Hotlips came ready to work and we had Jazzy Jeff still going strong…He thinks we are still crazy..
