QIC:  HBC

YHC has been thinking about running a lot here lately. And he knows that other PAX have too. In the next couple of months some of our PAX, as part of 3 teams, will cover at least 600 miles during the Palmetto and Smoky Mountain Relays. So YHC figured that he and the PAX could use the extra miles on their legs and decided to run a little more than normal.

Conditions:
50F and a slight breeze

The Thang:

Lets run
Ran across the road down the hill on Shiloh Church Road until reaching Wildlife Access Road. Turned right and ran down and left into Wittenburg Access

Mosey back to the flag for COT

Moleskin/COT/BOM:
The PAX covered 3.59 miles on some hilly terrain with some pain mixed in for good measure. YHC closed with a passage that we’re all familiar with, Proverbs 27:17 – “As iron sharpens iron,so one person sharpens another”, and a reminder of the fact that we were created for community and that we need each other. YHC appreciates the bond and the brotherhood that he has experienced through F3. He realizes that he needs to be sharpened, on a daily basis, and that he is way better with others than he is on his own.

Aye!
