QIC:  Flamer

No warm up because almost everyone pre-ran.

THE THANG:

We did so many exercises this morning I can’t remember all of them.  Just put down that we did 1 of each exercise that’s on the Lexicon.

The master Q didn’t show because he was scared of the workout!

Whipping Stick is normally a bootcamp workout but since I was the Q and I needed some running training for the P200….I pulled a Flamer and called a 5 mile run instead.  If everyone’s gonna call it Pulling a Flamer then I might as well own it.

We ran what Taz called the official pre-run Whipping Stick route.  Down 127 all the way to 8th St., cut up towards LR past the baseball field and then turned right on 5th St NE past Hampton Heights, then up past New Hope Bapt. Church and back to Northview.

Nice cool morning for a good run.

Saturday workouts have been lacking in numbers so I think I made the right decision.  I got 7 pax out of their beds.  Also, their was a return of the Beaker…good to have you back brother. Markup ran a total of 16 miles…t claps brother.
