11 strong posted for #Arrow this morning. YHC moved the BOM to the front of the lineup and then we ran. After sharing a good word from Coach Joe Gibbs (more on that later) and praying, we attached blinkers, vests, head lamps, and then head out into the #truegloom.
Conditions: 50 degrees and foggy
The Thang:
Thanks to F3 Columbia’s Fountainhead, this route will henceforth and forevermore be known as “Ebola”. It features 6.25 miles route of rolling terrain and a very sneaky 434 ft. of ascent. The fog on the route, especially on the Greenway, made it especially challenging.
Moleskin:
Great run by all the men of F3 Hickory. The pace was steady and solid this morning. YHC decided to track Herniator and Jordache until he dropped his AARP card at 1.5 miles while climbing a hill. When he looked up they were gone. Fortunately the main pack was not far behind. The pace was steady and solid this morning, especially noticed on the final climb up from the lake. These guys are definitely getting stronger.

Words of Wisdom:
Prior to the run YHC shared a devotion from coach Joe Gibbs on “Who’s the Boss?”. I would suggest that you read it when you have a chance (http://www.crosswalk.com/devotionals/two-minute-drills/)
As always, an honor to Q.
