QIC:  Panda

It was a cold brisk morning as a panda led 5 men through the snowy jungle of Granite Falls.

Started with a warm-up consisting of the following

  • SSH – 15 IC
  • Windmills – 15 IC
  • Imperial Storm Troopers – 15 IC  (Banjo was one with the force with his Vader face mask)
  • Arm Circle – 15 IC
  • Reversed – 15 IC
  • Mountain Climbers – 15 IC

Mosey to the clock on the town square for a ladder routine which consisted of the following 3 exercises starting with 10 reps of each then run a lap, then 9 and a lap, you get the idea.

  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Squats
  • 10 Alternating Lunges

Mosey to the blockpile, careful not to slip on the icey roads

Partnered up for some block work exercises.  One partner ran with a block to a specified location then pounded out 5 block Burpees while the other partner did the following block exercises.  100 total reps of each as a team.

  • 100 Block Bench Presses
  • 100 Curls for Girls
  • 100 Bent Over Rows

Mosey with our blocks to Flick Video parking lot for some ab work.  Partnered up again with one running with their block around parking lot while other guy did AMREP of the following

  • LBCs
  • American Hammers
  • Flutter Kicks

Mosey back to blockpile to dump our blocks then rally back to starting point for count and namearama, where Friar led us in Prayer.
