Powder picked a good day for his Tigers to be playing in sunny Tampa to pass along his Q for ER. At 5:30 launch here it was a balmy 12 degrees and the entire outside area of the AO was covered in 8″ of snow. Luckily for the 7 men who posted, YHC had planned for the snow by having the entire workout under the concrete monster we call the Frye parking deck. Here is how it went down:
Mosey from corner of Third and North Center to the bottom level of the parking deck for warm-o-rama in cadence:
- SSH- 20
- Hill Billies- 20
- Cherry Pickers with clap- 15
- Peter Parkers- 15The Thang:
- With partner wheelbarrow up stairwell, at each platform (8 total) stop and do 10 jump lunges. At top plank for six, mosey to bottom, flapjack and repeat.
- Mosey around corner for wall work.
- Wall Sits
- 10 Donkey Kicks OYO
- Repeat three times
- After wall work, mosey back to bottom of concrete monster and begin run up. At each turn alternate between 10 burpees and 20 squats. Stop at second sign for red deck plank for six. Mosey back down parking deck for MARY.

- Always nice to partner with Publix. He always has a laugh and never complains.
- In 12 degree weather both @HBC and @Fuse ran in for the workout.
- It was so cold @Beaker commented that he was happy to run.
- @Jordache didn’t want to look like a burglar after the ridicule he took on Friday so he added some color to his outfit by taping “F4” in orange on his all black shirt. Not sure what the 4th F is, have to ask him.
- There was some level of controversy when after YHC had agreed to take the Q from @Powder, @Jordache attempted to steal it to remove the * from his unofficial 8.25 old ER “record”. After consultation with F3 elders @Jordache was denied his request and will have to wait another 3 months to have a shot at the record. @Herniator is rumored to be extremely pissed at the arrogance of @Jordache for assuming he will just prance his way to the title next time.
- YHC was a bit disappointed @ToothFairy didn’t post this morning to demonstrate perfect form on the jump lunges…..here is the backstory (from RAM on Friday):
- @ToothFairy- “@Kapowski, you call those jump lunges? My grandmother could do a better jump lunge than that. You better not count this ‘workout’ towards @F3-250 or I’ll have @Abraham sick @Chaser on you.”
- YHC- “@ToothFairy, can you demonstrate a perfect jump lunge so YHC knows what perfect form looks like?”
- YHC (after witnessing the flawless form from @ToothFairy, in awe)- “WOW, @ToothFairy, that is incredible; YHC has never seen anything so perfect before. YHC has Q Monday at ER, will you please be certain to post so you can demonstrate perfect jump lunge form?”
- @ToothFairy- “(grunt) Absolutely, with a personal invitation like that I’ll be there for sure.”
