This morning for Hurler we travelled around the town a little. We started off with warmups:
- 15 SSH
- 15 Alt Toe Touches
- 15 Imperial Storm Troopers
- 15 Humpies
- 15 Windmills
- 10 Arm Circles
- 10 Reverse Arm Circles
We did an exercise ladder starting with doing 10 of an exercise, then running to different points in town and decreasing by one the amount of the exercise we would perform, until we got back to the starting point and did the last one. To make it a little fun our 7th stopping point was right outside the door of a ladies’ exercise group that was meeting! The exercises that we performed included:
- Burpees
- WWII situps
- Merkins
We mosied to the block pile and did the following block exercises:
- 10 Curls
- 10 Overhead presses
- 15 Bench Presses
- 10 Skull Crushers
- 8 Kettle Bell Swings
- 10 Bent Over Rows
- 10 Curls
We put up the blocks, mosied back to the starting point, and did the following cool down exercises:
- 10 Derkins
- 10 American Hammers
- 10 LBC’s
We did a count off and name-a-rama and devotion. The devotion was about the “least of these” mentioned in Matthew 25. We are to be sure to not overlook the least of these. We had a prayer and dismissal. Great to workout with these guys!!!
