Next we started with 30 reps at each stop, then descended to 20, 10, and 5 after each lap: bent-over-rows 👉 lunge walk uphill 👉 curls 👉 rifle carry downhill 👉 overhead press 👉 mosey to far hill 👉 jump squats 👉 bernie sanders uphill 👉 froggers 👉 mosey downhill 👉 merkins 👉 mosey to initial hill and repeat.
Ended with Ashville Abs and some BB Sit ups
