THE THANG: head out on the Greenway, pass one of our homeless friends sleeping what appeared to be warm in his sleeping bag. Stop a bit further for some squats. Head towards Swingers house off off of Pennell St. stop just above Swingers road and complete 20 Merkins OYO. Head to the public library for some decline Merkins. Back into the Greenway. Stopping at Presbyterian church parking lot for a lunge walk. And the 3 mile RAM at the AO with Babyface leading us in FALCOW MARY: FALCOW
