THE THANG: Set 1: Merkins, American hammers, reverse lunges, RBCs, Mike Tysons. After completing each exercise, went back and started over adding the next exercise until all exercises completed. Started with 10 reps and then 20. Did a lap after each set was complete. Set 2: Burpees, bent over rows, incline merkins, goblet squats, high plank, tricep extensions. Followed same format as set 1.
