THE THANG: started at the wheel with series of dips, merkins and step ups. Concluded each round with a 🦝 walk and bear 🐻 crawl back to position. Repeated another round of that action.

Went to the picnic shelter for some partner work with the metal tables. As pax found best area not urinated on or with gum on ground, partners alternated 25,20,15,10,5 bench presses of the tables while partner did some Mary like ⛽️ pumps, flutter kicks, LBCs, heel slappers, etc.

Next went to the stairs by the bog for a series of 25 calf raises, duck raises 🦆 and pigeon toe raises. Led us over to the brickyard – where we did some wall work, continuously in low squat/Al gore position on wall. Overhead claps, Muhammad Ali 🥊, seal claps, etc. then got down and some “Kisses to the heavens” (pelvic thrusts up with feet flat up and against the wall). Immediate flapjack for pickle pounders.

Lastly went to nearby lot lines – dodged sketchy van – and proceeded to do walking burpees (I promise no burpees or bear crawls – apparently lied) on each line for about a dozen or so lines. Back to start Carioca style and repeated. Back to pad MARY: did some CrossFit sit-ups other crunches in rapidly paced cadence.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: it’s Jake Brake’s birthday but he has scuttled his chance for birthday merkins.
